RMV MUSIC — PROJECT & CONTENT MANAGER
We are seeking a driven, structured, and creative project manager to become a central part of our operations across both record label and artist management.
As a project manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and driving artist projects, releases, and campaigns forward. You will work closely with both the team and our artists, ensuring that ideas are translated into concrete activities, deadlines are met, and all involved parties work toward shared goals.
We are looking for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about the music industry. In addition to your project management skills, you have a strong interest in social media, content, and digital strategic marketing. You will support our artists in their content work, helping to develop ideas, plan content, and build strategies for a long-term, relevant presence across digital channels.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, structure, and drive projects within both management and record label operations.
- Plan, structure, and execute artist and release projects from concept and strategy to execution and follow-up, continuously tracking progress, setting priorities, and ensuring goals, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Establish timelines, action plans, clear deadlines, and areas of responsibility.
- Serve as the central link between the artist, management, record label, and external partners.
- Provide operational and creative support to our artists in their daily work and ongoing projects.
- Create structure and clarity around artist activities, priorities, and long-term development.
Content & Social Media
- Support artists in content creation and planning for social media and digital platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas and initiatives that strengthen the artist's brand, visibility, and communication.
- Stay up to date on trends, platforms, formats, and behaviors in social media, putting these insights into practice. Identify new opportunities for digital visibility, audience engagement, and growth on the artist's social channels.
- Participate in developing and implementing social media strategies tied to releases, tours, campaigns, and other priority activities.
- Contribute to content planning and ensure content is produced, published, and optimized according to plan.

Qualifications (Pluses)
- Experience working with artists & creators.
- Experience planning and leading projects from concept to final production.
- Basic understanding of photography, video, editing, graphic design, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Experience working with releases and marketing campaigns.
- A personal portfolio or examples of previous content projects.
Employment Details
Full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. Our objective is long-term employment and growth in the role, assuming ongoing business needs and role conditions.
